Білоцерківська міська рада на початку грудня викупила єдиний майновий комплекс Білоцерківської ТЕЦ, яку Національний банк забрав у Костянтина Жеваго за борги. Про це повідомляється в державному реєстрі речових прав.
Договір купівлі-продажу між Білою Церквою та НБУ був підписаний 30 листопада, а передання активу новому власнику відбулося 6 грудня.
Національний банк став власником Білоцерківської ТЕЦ завдяки рішенню Господарського суду Київської області.
Білоцерківська міська рада запропонувала Нацбанку викупити ТЕЦ за 298,6 млн грн.
Пов’язана з Жеваго компанія Mulready Ventures Limited намагалася заблокувати угоду в судах, але їй це не вдалося – 21 листопада Північний апеляційний господарський суд зняв заборону на продаж ТЕЦ.
До складу єдиного майнового комплексу ТЕЦ входять три десятки об’єктів нерухомості, зокрема:
1) головний корпус ТЕЦ і майстерні котельників, турбіністів і цеху теплової автоматики та вимірювань, 21 627,7 кв.м;
2) об’єднаний допоміжний корпус № 2, 916,8 кв.м;
3) водогрійна котельня, 1032,8 кв.м;
4) приміщення газоаналізаторів, 24,4 кв.м;
5) ГРП ТЕЦ, 154,8 кв.м;
6) приміщення електролізної, 154,2 кв.м;
7) будівля маслоапараторної, 174,2 кв.м;
8) головний розподільний пристрій, 1101,4 кв.м;
9) головний щит управління, 1655,6 кв.м;
10) побутові приміщення, 33,3 кв.м;
11) будівля масломазутогосподарства, 1698,5 кв.м;
12) протипожежна насосна, 195,2 кв.м;
13) об’єднаний допоміжний корпус № 1, 6267,4 кв.м;
14) насосна станція промзливної каналізації, 18,2 кв.м;
15) склад гідразину, вбудований в ОДК-1, 85,6 кв.м;
