Нагадаємо, що 20 вересня 2023 року, Білоцерківська міськрада підтримала пропозицію міського голови Геннадія Дикого придбати у комунальну власність майно БЦ ТЕЦ, що перебуває в заставі Національного банку України.
ТЕЦ опинилася у НБУ ще 2021 році, так як знаходилося під заставою іпотечного договору і грошей Національному Банку не повернули
